- In a mixing bowl, combine the cream cheese, granulated sugar, and heavy cream until soft, fluffy, and smooth. Set aside.
**Make the Garlic Butter:**
- In another bowl, mix together the egg, melted butter, minced garlic, chopped parsley, milk, mayo, oregano, and grated parmesan until well combined. Set aside.
**Assemble and Bake:**
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Make three cuts across each brioche roll without cutting all the way down, creating six equal pieces.
- Using a piping bag, fill each cut and the center of the brioche rolls with the cream cheese filling.
- Dunk each filled roll in the garlic butter, allowing excess to drip off, and place on a parchment-lined baking tray.
- Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until golden brown.
- Garnish with chopped parsley and grated parmesan after baking. Let cool before enjoying!
Notes
If you don't have Kewpie mayo, regular mayo works too, but Kewpie is preferred.
You have three options for the bread: Use frozen dinner roll dough, ready-to-go brioche buns, or make brioche dough from scratch using your favorite recipe.
