High-Protein Peanut Butter & Strawberry Yogurt Bark

Ingredients

  • 3 cups Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 3 scoops collagen peptides (optional)
  • 2 cups chopped strawberries (plus extra for topping)
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon melted coconut oil


Instructions

  1. Start by mixing together the yogurt, maple syrup, collagen peptides (if using), and chopped strawberries in a bowl.
  2. Spread this mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
  3. Then, combine the peanut butter with melted coconut oil and spread it over the yogurt mixture.
  4. Create swirls with the back of a knife or a toothpick.
  5. Freeze for at least 8 hours or overnight. The next day, break it into pieces and enjoy!
  6. Remember to store it in a covered container in the FREEZER!
