Greek Yogurt Bagels

Ingredients
- 1 + 1/4 cup all-purpose or whole wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1 egg for egg wash
- Everything but the Bagel seasoning
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the Greek yogurt and mix until a dough forms. You may need to knead it with your hands.
- Roll the dough into a ball and let it rest covered with a damp towel for 10 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- On a floured surface, knead the dough again, then divide it into sections and shape each into a bagel.
- Place the bagels on the prepared baking sheet, brush with egg wash, and sprinkle with seasoning.
- Bake for 25-28 minutes until golden brown. Let them cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
