  • 3 ripe spotty bananas
  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/3 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/4 cup coconut sugar
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips plus extra for topping


  • Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a 9×6 or 8×8 baking dish with parchment paper.
  • In a medium bowl, mash the spotty bananas until smooth.
  • Add almond butter, cocoa powder, coconut sugar, and baking powder to the mashed bananas, mixing well.
