German Chocolate Cake Overnight Oats

Ingredients
- 2 very ripe Bananas
- 1 Cup Rolled Oats
- 2 Tablespoons Chia Seeds
- 2 Tablespoons Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
- 2 Tablespoons Maple Syrup
- 1 1/4 Cups Milk or Non-Dairy Milk
- 1 Scoop Protein Powder or Collagen Peptides
- 1/2 Cup Chopped Walnuts
- 1/4 – 1/2 Cup Chocolate Chips
- 2 Tablespoons Shredded Coconut
Instructions
- Peel and finely mash your bananas.
- Add mashed bananas to the bottom of an 8×8 baking dish.
- Mix in oats, chia seeds, cocoa powder, maple syrup, milk, and protein powder until fully combined.
- Spread mixture evenly in the baking dish.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut, walnuts, and chocolate chips on top.
- Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours or overnight.
- When ready to eat, remove from the fridge and enjoy your delicious breakfast!
