Frozen Banana Bites With Peanut Butter And Jelly

Ingredients
- 1 cup dark chocolate chips
- 2 tsp oil for melting chocolate
- 1/4 cup peanut butter added to melted chocolate
- 1 ripe banana sliced into 15 pieces
- 15 tsp peanut butter
- 15 tsp strawberry jelly
- 1/4 cup roasted peanuts chopped
Instructions
- Begin by melting the chocolate in the microwave in 30-second intervals with a bit of oil. Once melted, stir in the peanut butter.
- Spoon the chocolate mixture into silicon liners. Then, add a slice of banana.
- Next, add peanut butter and jelly. Use a toothpick to swirl them together.
- Sprinkle chopped roasted peanuts on top, then drizzle with more melted chocolate. Place in the freezer until fully hardened, about 20-30 minutes.
- Remove from liners and enjoy!
Notes
- Mixing chocolate and peanut butter provides a fudgy texture to the chocolate. Omitting peanut butter will result in harder chocolate once frozen.
- Use square silicon molds for easy assembly and cleanup!
