Ingredients
- 1 cup of extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped Kalamata olives
- 1/2 cup of finely chopped green olives
- 2 teaspoons of za’atar seasoning
- 1 teaspoon of dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika
- 1 clove of grated garlic
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and give it a good whisk.
- Serve the delicious mix with pita or baguette for dipping.
