Easy Baklava Granola

Ingredients
- 3 cups old-fashioned rolled oats
- 1/3 cup ghee
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup raw walnuts
- 1/3 cup raw shelled pistachios
- 1/3 cup slivered almonds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon sea salt
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grab a baking sheet and line it with parchment paper.
- In a small bowl, mix together the ghee, honey, brown sugar, and vanilla until well combined.
- In a large bowl, toss together the dry ingredients – oats, walnuts, pistachios, almonds, cinnamon, nutmeg, and salt.
- Slowly pour the wet ingredients over the dry mixture, stirring until everything is nicely coated.
- Spread the granola evenly on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 20-22 minutes or until it turns a beautiful golden color, remembering to stir halfway through.
- Allow the granola to cool completely before breaking it apart. Store your homemade goodness in an airtight container.
