Dark Chocolate Dipped Figs

  • 12 Black Mission or Brown Turkey Figs (washed and cut in half lengthwise)
  • 4 oz dark chocolate (melted)
  • Flaky salt
  1. Wash the figs and slice them in half lengthwise.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, stirring well every 15-20 seconds until smooth.
  3. Dip each fig half into the melted chocolate and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
  4. Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top and pop the tray into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
