washed and cut in half lengthwise

dark chocolate
melted
Flaky salt
Instructions
Wash the figs and slice them in half lengthwise.
Melt the dark chocolate in the microwave, stirring well every 15-20 seconds until smooth.
Dip each fig half into the melted chocolate and place them on a tray lined with parchment paper.
Sprinkle a bit of sea salt on top and pop the tray into the refrigerator for about 30 minutes to let the chocolate harden.
Enjoy your delicious creation immediately or store it in an airtight container in the fridge for 3-4 days.
