- 4 ounces 1/2 cup of softened cream cheese
- 1 cup of fresh spinach chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic mashed
- 1/2 cup of freshly grated Parmesan cheese

- In a small bowl, combine the softened cream cheese, chopped spinach, mashed garlic, Parmesan cheese, and black pepper.
- Fill each slit in the salmon with the cream cheese mixture, ensuring it’s packed in well.
- Mix together the seasoning ingredients and rub them onto each piece of salmon.
- Place the stuffed salmon pieces in a greased oven-safe skillet (a 10-inch cast iron skillet works well).
- Broil the salmon for about 13 minutes, or until it’s cooked to your liking.
- Plate up your delicious stuffed salmon and savor every bite!
