  • 1/2 cup fresh strawberries
  • 3 tbsp local honey or maple syrup, agave, date syrup, or sugar
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/3 cup chia seeds

Toppings:

  • Fresh strawberries
  • Sliced almonds
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Almond butter
  • Pistachios

Instructions
 

  • In a blender, combine cottage cheese, milk, honey, vanilla, and strawberries. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour the strawberry milk over chia seeds and whisk well. Let it sit for 5 minutes, then whisk again.
