Copycat Trader Joe’s Caramel Coffee Cashews
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups raw cashews
- 3/4-1 tablespoon instant coffee/espresso depending on how strong of a coffee taste you like
- 2 tablespoons maple syrup
- 3/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 tablespoon collagen peptides
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350F. In a medium bowl, mix all the ingredients mentioned above.
- Spread the nut mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, rotating halfway through.
- Once done, take them out of the oven and let them cool for about 10 minutes. Then, break them into pieces and enjoy!
- Store them in a glass container in the fridge for up to 3 weeks. Enjoy!
