Chocolate Covered Pineapple

Ingredients
- 1 pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup shredded coconut
- 2 cups white chocolate chips melted
Instructions
- Cut a fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
- Using a toothpick or fork, dip each pineapple piece into yogurt until well coated, then place them on parchment paper.
- Sprinkle shredded coconut over each piece and freeze.
- Once frozen, dip the pineapple in melted white chocolate, return them to the parchment paper, and freeze until firm.
