  • 1 pineapple cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
  • 1/4 cup shredded coconut
  • 2 cups white chocolate chips melted


  • Cut a fresh pineapple into bite-sized pieces.
  • Using a toothpick or fork, dip each pineapple piece into yogurt until well coated, then place them on parchment paper.
  • Sprinkle shredded coconut over each piece and freeze.
  • Once frozen, dip the pineapple in melted white chocolate, return them to the parchment paper, and freeze until firm.
