  • 1.5 cups melted chocolate
  • 1/2 cup creamy almond butter
  • 1/2 honey crisp apple cut into chunks
  • 5 medjool dates cut into small pieces
  • 15 walnuts

  • Begin by melting the chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or any other oil of choice. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, then stir in the almond butter until smooth and creamy.
  • Add approximately 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate to each cavity in the silicon mold.
  • Next, place a chunk of apple followed by a piece of medjool date into each cavity.
  • Finish off by adding more melted chocolate on top of each bite and placing a walnut on top.
  • Transfer the mold to the freezer and let it set for 30-45 minutes until firm.
  • Once firm, remove the chocolate covered apples from the silicon mold and enjoy!

  • Opt for high-quality chocolate chips for the best flavor.
  • Feel free to use your preferred type of apple.
  • If you don’t have silicon molds, alternative options include mini cupcake liners or a baking sheet.
