Begin by melting the chocolate with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil or any other oil of choice. Microwave in 30-second intervals until melted, then stir in the almond butter until smooth and creamy.
Add approximately 1 teaspoon of the melted chocolate to each cavity in the silicon mold.
Next, place a chunk of apple followed by a piece of medjool date into each cavity.
Finish off by adding more melted chocolate on top of each bite and placing a walnut on top.
Transfer the mold to the freezer and let it set for 30-45 minutes until firm.
Once firm, remove the chocolate covered apples from the silicon mold and enjoy!
