Chocolate And Olive Oil Ganache

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of dark chocolate chips
  • 1/3 cup of Pompeian Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • Flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Put the chocolate chips in a medium metal bowl and place it over a pan of simmering water. Stir until it’s all melted.
  • Take the bowl off the heat and whisk in the olive oil until it’s glossy and mixed well.
  • Let it cool a bit, then use it to top your ice cream or glaze a cake. Enjoy!
