Butter Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients

  • 2 cups leftover butter chicken recipe on the blog
  • 4 pieces of naan plain or garlic
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Sliced red onion
  • Plain yogurt
  • Chopped cilantro

Instructions

  • Preheat your oven to 400°F.
  • Line a baking tray or rack with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and set it aside.
  • Arrange the naan on the baking tray, fitting about 4 pieces per sheet.
  • On each naan, spread a layer of butter chicken sauce, followed by cheese, chicken pieces, and sliced red onion.
  • Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. If desired, broil for a minute or two to make the cheese crispy and bubbly.
  • Once out of the oven, drizzle some butter chicken sauce, yogurt, and sprinkle chopped cilantro.
  • Slice up your pizza and dig in!

Notes

For the naan, you can use store-bought ready naan or make it from scratch using the recipe on the blog. It can be plain or flavored with garlic cilantro.
