Butter Chicken Naan Pizza

Ingredients
- 2 cups leftover butter chicken recipe on the blog
- 4 pieces of naan plain or garlic
- 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- Sliced red onion
- Plain yogurt
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 400°F.
- Line a baking tray or rack with Reynolds Wrap® Heavy Duty Foil and set it aside.
- Arrange the naan on the baking tray, fitting about 4 pieces per sheet.
- On each naan, spread a layer of butter chicken sauce, followed by cheese, chicken pieces, and sliced red onion.
- Bake in the oven for 10 to 12 minutes. If desired, broil for a minute or two to make the cheese crispy and bubbly.
- Once out of the oven, drizzle some butter chicken sauce, yogurt, and sprinkle chopped cilantro.
- Slice up your pizza and dig in!
Notes
For the naan, you can use store-bought ready naan or make it from scratch using the recipe on the blog. It can be plain or flavored with garlic cilantro.
