Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries
  • 1 cup plain Greek yogurt you can use a dairy-free alternative
  • 1 cup dark chocolate melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil

Instructions

  • Thread fresh blueberries onto toothpicks, stacking as many as you can.
  • Coat each skewer in Greek yogurt and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
  • Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, then dip each skewer until completely coated. Return to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate shell is firm.
  • Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy whenever you like!

Notes

  • Fresh blueberries or fresh fruit are recommended.
  • Ensure the yogurt is firm before dipping in chocolate.
  • Store in the fridge for a creamy treat or freezer for a quick snack.
