Blueberry Yogurt Bites

Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup plain Greek yogurt you can use a dairy-free alternative
- 1 cup dark chocolate melted with 1 tbsp coconut oil
Instructions
- Thread fresh blueberries onto toothpicks, stacking as many as you can.
- Coat each skewer in Greek yogurt and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
- Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, then dip each skewer until completely coated. Return to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate shell is firm.
- Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy whenever you like!
