Thread fresh blueberries onto toothpicks, stacking as many as you can.
Coat each skewer in Greek yogurt and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Freeze until firm, about 1 hour.
Melt the chocolate with coconut oil, then dip each skewer until completely coated. Return to the freezer for 20-30 minutes until the chocolate shell is firm.
Store in the fridge or freezer and enjoy whenever you like!
