This tasty baked blueberry oat dish is a real winner! It’s not just quick and easy, but it’s also a super healthy choice for breakfast. You can make it with your favorite milk, whether it’s dairy or non-dairy, and drizzle some maple syrup on top to sweeten it just the way you like.

Blueberry Baked Oatmeal

Ingredients
  

  • 12 ounces of fresh blueberries
  • 2 cups of rolled oats
  • 1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt
  • 1/4 cup of maple syrup
  • 2 tablespoons of melted unsalted butter
  • 1 3/4 cups of unsweetened almond milk or your preferred milk
  • 2 large eggs whisked

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit and grease a 10-inch deep oval baking dish.
  • Put all the ingredients in the dish and gently stir them together.
  • Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the top is a beautiful golden brown.
  • Let it cool a bit, then dig in and enjoy the warm goodness!
  • You can store any leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days or in the freezer for up to 2 months. Happy eating!
