Slow Cooker Puppy Chow

Ingredients
  

  • 16 oz Chocolate melting chips
  • 16 oz White chocolate melting chips
  • 10 oz 70% dark chocolate chunks or chips
  • 18 oz family-size Rice Cereal
  • 6 crushed chocolate sandwich cookies optional
  • A pinch of salt
  • Powdered sugar for dusting

Instructions
 

  • Toss the chocolate melting chips (both white and regular) and dark chocolate chunks into your slow cooker.
  • Let it slow cook on low for an hour, then give it a good stir. (Pro tip: use a slow cooker liner for easy cleanup!)
  • Add in the rice cereal and crushed sandwich cookies. Gently stir to combine, being careful not to break up the cereal too much!
  • Scoop small clusters of the puppy chow and place them on a baking sheet lined with wax paper.
  • Coat the clusters with powdered sugar.
  • Pop them in the fridge or freezer for about an hour, or until they’re nice and firm. Then, serve and enjoy your delightful homemade treat!
