Ingredients

  • 8 ounces of chocolate or dark chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon of coconut oil
  • 1 cup of fresh pomegranate arils
  • 3/4 cup of chopped walnuts
  • A pinch of flaky sea salt

  • Start by melting your chocolate and coconut oil together in a large bowl. You can do this in the microwave in short bursts or use the double-boiler method on the stove.
