Ingredients

  • 5 Limes washed and quartered
  • 4 Cups of Cold Water
  • 1 Can of Condensed Milk or coconut condensed milk for a dairy-free option
  • 3-4 Cups of Ice Cubes

Instructions

  • Start by tossing your quartered limes into a blender along with the cold water.
  • Blend on high for about 40 seconds, making sure not to over-blend—we want tangy, not bitter!
  • Strain the liquid into a bowl or jar, leaving behind the leftover limes.
  • Give your blender a quick rinse, then pour the lime juice back in along with the ice and condensed milk.
  • Blend for another 30-40 seconds until everything is nice and smooth.
