Start by tossing your quartered limes into a blender along with the cold water.
Blend on high for about 40 seconds, making sure not to over-blend—we want tangy, not bitter!
Strain the liquid into a bowl or jar, leaving behind the leftover limes.
Give your blender a quick rinse, then pour the lime juice back in along with the ice and condensed milk.
Blend for another 30-40 seconds until everything is nice and smooth.
