Ingredients

  • 3 Zucchini (thinly sliced)
  • 3 Yellow Summer Squash (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Bunch of Chives (finely chopped)
  • 1 Bunch of Green Onions (thinly sliced)
  • 1 Small Handful of Fresh Basil
  • 1/2 Cup of freshly shaved Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
  • Juice of 1 Lemon
  • 1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper


Instructions

  1. Thinly slice the zucchini, squash, chives, and green onions, and place them in a large bowl.
  2. Add the basil leaves and shaved parmesan cheese to the bowl.
  3. Pour in the olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
