 - 1 Small Handful of Fresh Basil
 - 1/2 Cup of freshly shaved Parmesan Cheese
 - 1/4 Cup of Olive Oil
 - Juice of 1 Lemon
 - 1 Teaspoon of Sea Salt
 - 1 Teaspoon of Black Pepper
 
Instructions
- Thinly slice the zucchini, squash, chives, and green onions, and place them in a large bowl.
 - Add the basil leaves and shaved parmesan cheese to the bowl.
 - Pour in the olive oil and lemon juice, then sprinkle with sea salt and black pepper. Toss everything together until well combined.
