Wizard-Worthy Butterbeer
Ingredients
- 4 cans of cream soda
- 1/4 cup of butterscotch syrup
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of sugar
- 2 teaspoons of pure vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup of melted butter
Instructions
- Step 1: Pour the cream soda into a large bowl, then add the butterscotch syrup. Give it a good stir to mix everything together.
- Step 2: Using a stand mixer with a whisk attachment, whip the heavy cream until it forms stiff peaks. Gently fold in the sugar, vanilla extract, and melted butter until everything is well combined. Feel free to add more butter if you like!
- Step 3: Now, ladle the Butterbeer into glasses and generously top each glass with the whipped cream mixture. It’s ready to enjoy, just like they do at Hogwarts!
