  • 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt (adjust to taste)
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice (optional)
  • Vegetable oil for frying
  1. In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried basil, paprika, and lemon juice (if using). Set aside.
  2. Cut each ear of corn into about 4 sections, each piece should be 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
  4. Fry the corn in batches, ensuring they’re not overcrowded, until golden on both sides.
  5. Remove from the oil and drain any excess oil, then transfer to a large bowl.
  6. Add the seasoned butter mixture to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  7. Serve with ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese for a delicious treat!
  • Cajun seasoning already contains salt, so adjust the additional salt based on your Cajun blend.
