Make Wingstop-style Cajun Fried Corn at home—it’s even better! This appetizer is super simple to whip up, and you can even try it in the air fryer for a lighter twist!

Wingstop Copycat Cajun Fried Corn

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn each cut into 4 sections (about 1 to 1.5 inches thick)
  • 1/2 cup of melted unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 2 teaspoons of minced garlic
  • 2 teaspoons of Cajun seasoning
  • 1/4 teaspoon of salt adjust to taste
  • 1/4 teaspoon of black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon of onion powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon of dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon of paprika
  • 1 tablespoon of lemon juice optional
  • Vegetable oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix together the melted butter, parsley, garlic, Cajun seasoning, salt, black pepper, onion powder, dried basil, paprika, and lemon juice (if using). Set aside.
  • Cut each ear of corn into about 4 sections, each piece should be 1 to 1.5 inches thick.
  • Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan to 350°F.
  • Fry the corn in batches, ensuring they’re not overcrowded, until golden on both sides.
  • Remove from the oil and drain any excess oil, then transfer to a large bowl.
  • Add the seasoned butter mixture to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  • Serve with ranch dressing and Parmesan cheese for a delicious treat!

Notes

  • Cajun seasoning already contains salt, so adjust the additional salt based on your Cajun blend.
  • Experiment with different Cajun blends for unique flavors!
