Walking Taco Nachos

Ingredients
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning
- 1 bag 9 ¾ ounces of Doritos
- 1 bag 9 ¼ ounces of Fritos
- 1 bag of tortilla chips
- 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
- 1 cup queso
- 1 cup pico de gallo
- ½ cup sour cream
- ½ cup avocado or guacamole
Instructions
- To start, preheat your oven to 375°F. In a medium-sized sauté pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and brown the ground beef. Once browned, drain the fat and follow the instructions on the taco seasoning packet.
- Next, spray a medium-sized jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Create layers with Doritos, tortilla chips, and Fritos. Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and add a topping of pico, guacamole, sour cream, and any other toppings you fancy. Serve it up immediately for a delightful treat!
