Introducing these amazing Walking Taco Nachos—think of them as the cool, flavorful cousin of traditional nachos! Whether you know them as traveling tacos, Frito pies, or tacos in a bag, these are a playful twist on a childhood favorite that you can whip up in just under 15 minutes!

Ingredients
  

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 packet of low sodium taco seasoning
  • 1 bag 9 ¾ ounces of Doritos
  • 1 bag 9 ¼ ounces of Fritos
  • 1 bag of tortilla chips
  • 2 cups shredded Mexican cheese
  • 1 cup queso
  • 1 cup pico de gallo
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup avocado or guacamole

Instructions
 

  • To start, preheat your oven to 375°F. In a medium-sized sauté pan, add 1 tablespoon of olive oil and brown the ground beef. Once browned, drain the fat and follow the instructions on the taco seasoning packet.
  • Next, spray a medium-sized jelly roll pan with nonstick cooking spray. Create layers with Doritos, tortilla chips, and Fritos. Sprinkle on the cheese and bake for 5 minutes. Take it out of the oven and add a topping of pico, guacamole, sour cream, and any other toppings you fancy. Serve it up immediately for a delightful treat!
