Preheat your oven to 375°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place two slices of bread on the baking sheet. Lay cheddar cheese slices on top of each slice, leaving the middle empty.
Place another slice of bread on top of each cheese-covered slice. Gently press down the middle of each bread slice to create a well.
Spoon pizza sauce into each well, covering the top with shredded mozzarella cheese, Italian seasoning, and pepperoni.
Bake in the oven for about 8 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and enjoy your delicious pizza lava toasts!
