Ingredients
Turkey Meat:
- 1 pound ground turkey

Homemade Sauce:
- 1/3 cup mayo or plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped white onion
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Toppings:
- Cheddar cheese
- Shredded iceberg lettuce
- Pickles
- White onions
- Homemade sauce
Instructions
- In a medium bowl, combine raw turkey meat with seasonings. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
- Spread a thin layer of turkey meat onto each corn tortilla, ensuring it reaches the edges.
- Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease with non-stick spray.
- Once heated, add tortillas to the skillet with the meat side down. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
- Transfer cooked tortillas to a plate and top with lettuce, pickles, onions, and homemade sauce.
- Fold each tortilla in half like a taco and savor every bite!
