Instructions
In a medium bowl, combine raw turkey meat with seasonings. Mix thoroughly until well combined.
Spread a thin layer of turkey meat onto each corn tortilla, ensuring it reaches the edges.
Preheat a skillet over medium heat and grease with non-stick spray.
Once heated, add tortillas to the skillet with the meat side down. Cook for about 3 minutes, then flip and cook for an additional 3 minutes.
Transfer cooked tortillas to a plate and top with lettuce, pickles, onions, and homemade sauce.
Fold each tortilla in half like a taco and savor every bite!

Prepare the sauce ahead to simplify taco assembly.
Even with extra lean turkey meat, these tacos remain juicy and delicious.
Feel free to swap turkey for beef if that's your preference.
