Vegan Snickers Bars

Ingredients
Date Caramel
- 1 cup Medjool dates soaked in hot water
- 3 tablespoons peanut butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Nougat Layer
- 1.5 cups almond flour
- 1.5 tablespoons date caramel
- 4 tablespoons peanut butter
Peanuts
- 1/2 cup roasted peanuts
Dark Chocolate Coating
- 1.5 cups dark chocolate chips
- 2-3 teaspoons coconut oil
Instructions
- Soak dates in hot water for 10 minutes. Line a loaf pan with parchment paper.
- Blend soaked dates, peanut butter, and vanilla extract until smooth to make date caramel.
- In a separate bowl, combine almond flour, date caramel, and peanut butter to form a crumbly dough.
- Press the dough into the loaf pan to create the crust.
- Spread date caramel over the crust and top with roasted peanuts.
- Freeze for 60-90 minutes until firm.
- Melt chocolate with coconut oil, then coat each bar.
- Freeze for 10-15 minutes until chocolate hardens.

- Ensure the crust is firm to the touch; if it’s too dry and crumbly, add more peanut butter and date caramel.
