- 12 oz sushi-grade tuna (diced into 1/2 inch pieces)
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1/4 cup soy sauce (or coconut aminos)
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced sweet onions
- 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger (optional)
- 2 tablespoons furikake seasoning
- 6 tostada shells (or tortilla chips)
- 1 avocado (thinly sliced)
Instructions
- Simply cube the tuna and combine it with sesame oil, soy sauce, green onions, sweet onions, and ginger in a bowl.
- Mix everything well to ensure it’s coated evenly.
- Cover and let it chill in the fridge for 30 minutes to soak up the flavors.
- Then, arrange your tostada shells, layer on the avocado slices, spoon on the tuna mixture, sprinkle with furikake seasoning, and dig in right away for a delicious treat!
