  • 12 oz sushi-grade tuna diced into 1/2 inch pieces
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or coconut aminos
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
  • 1/3 cup thinly sliced sweet onions
  • 1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger optional
  • 2 tablespoons furikake seasoning
  • 6 tostada shells or tortilla chips
  • 1 avocado thinly sliced


  • Simply cube the tuna and combine it with sesame oil, soy sauce, green onions, sweet onions, and ginger in a bowl.
