Ingredients
Scale
- 1 1/2 cups of chopped kale (any kind works, but I prefer curly kale)
- 1 cup of frozen mango or pineapple chunks (I use 365 by Whole Foods Market brand)
- 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used @truvani or plant-based collagen powder (@copinaco))
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2- inch piece of fresh ginger
- 1 tablespoon of almond butter (I prefer 365 brand)
- 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
- Optional: 1 packet of @beekeepers_naturals propolis + vitamin C liposomal
Instructions
- Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- If you like your smoothie colder, you can add a few ice cubes.
- Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
- Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy the goodness!
