  • Yield: 1 1x
  • Category: Drinks

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 cups of chopped kale (any kind works, but I prefer curly kale)
  • 1 cup of frozen mango or pineapple chunks (I use 365 by Whole Foods Market brand)
  • 1 scoop of vanilla protein powder (I used @truvani or plant-based collagen powder (@copinaco))
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1/2– inch piece of fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon of almond butter (I prefer 365 brand)
  • 1 1/4 cups of almond milk
  • Optional: 1 packet of @beekeepers_naturals propolis + vitamin C liposomal

Instructions

  1. Combine all the ingredients in a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  3. If you like your smoothie colder, you can add a few ice cubes.
  4. Adjust the consistency by adding more almond milk if needed.
  5. Pour your smoothie into a glass and enjoy the goodness!
