Ingredients
  

  • 1 large tortilla
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/2 cup small broccoli florets
  • Cheddar cheese
  • Parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper as per your taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Place the large tortilla in a pie dish or oven-safe skillet.
  • Pour the beaten eggs over the tortilla.
  • Sprinkle the small broccoli florets over the eggs, then add a generous amount of Cheddar and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Season with a pinch of salt and pepper.
