- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 4 large eggs
- 1 1/4 cups vegetable oil ((or canola oil, grapeseed oil, etc.))
- 3/4 cups unsweetened (chunky applesauce)
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups carrots (shredded (about 5 small carrots))
- 1 15 ounces can pineapple, drained and chopped
- 1 cup walnuts (chopped)
- Preheat оvеn tо 350 degrees, аnd grеаѕе three 8-іnсh rоund саkе раnѕ with nоnѕtісk ѕрrау.
