Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 large Milky Way candy bars (chopped)
  • 2 1/3 cups cold heavy cream (available at any grocery store)
  • 2 tablespoons cold espresso
  • 1 can dulce de leche
  • 2 large brownies (chopped)
  • 1 cup edible cookie dough (rolled into balls)
  • Optional: sea salt flakes

Instructions

  1. Grab a microwave-safe bowl and mix the Milky Way bars with â…“ cup of heavy cream. Pop it in the microwave for 1 minute, stir until smooth, and set it aside.
  2. In a big mixing bowl, combine the rest of the heavy cream, espresso, and dulce de leche. Use a hand mixer to whip it up until soft peaks form, and set it aside.
  3. Pour half of the dulce de leche mixture into a loaf pan. Drizzle the Milky Way ganache on top. Sprinkle crumbled cookie dough and brownie chunks over the mixture, then pour the remaining dulce de leche on top. If you like, add a sprinkle of sea salt flakes.

  5. Keep any leftovers in an airtight container in the freezer for up to 2 weeks. Happy scooping!
