Stuffed Mini Peppers
Ingredients
- 2 ripe avocados
- 1 tablespoon lime juice
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- Everything but the Bagel seasoning for sprinkling
- 16 mini peppers
Instructions
- In a bowl, mash the avocados until smooth.
- Stir in the lime juice, garlic powder, and sea salt, mixing well with the mashed avocados.
- Slice the mini peppers lengthwise and remove the seeds to create a boat-like shape.
- Fill each pepper boat with the avocado mash.
- Sprinkle the Everything but the Bagel seasoning generously over the stuffed peppers for that extra zing!
