Snickers Date Bark

Ingredients

  • 12 oz package Medjool Dates
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/2 cup melted chocolate semi-sweet, milk, or dark
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • Pinch of flaky sea salt

Instructions

  • Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • Remove the pits from the Medjool dates and place them on the parchment paper, sticky side down.
  • Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the dates.
  • Melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour it over the peanut butter.
  • Sprinkle chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt over the chocolate.
  • Chill in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes until set.
  • Once firm, cut into pieces and enjoy!

Notes

  • Customize the size of your bark by adjusting the number of dates.
