Line a baking tray with parchment paper.
Remove the pits from the Medjool dates and place them on the parchment paper, sticky side down.
Spread a thin layer of peanut butter over the dates.
Melt the chocolate in the microwave and pour it over the peanut butter.
Sprinkle chopped peanuts and flaky sea salt over the chocolate.
Chill in the fridge for 20 to 30 minutes until set.
Once firm, cut into pieces and enjoy!
