Shawarma Nacho Fries

Ingredients
CHICKEN SHAWARMA
- 1 pound chicken breast chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 2 teaspoons allspice
- 1 teaspoon coriander
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon sumac
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
WHITE SAUCE
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream or plain yogurt
- 5 to 6 garlic cloves
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- Juice of 1/2 lemon
- 1 teaspoon black pepper
FOR ASSEMBLY
- French fries
- Chopped pepperoncinis
- Chopped kalamata or black olives
- Diced red onion
- Finely chopped parsley
- Crumbled feta cheese
Instructions
MAKE THE WHITE SAUCE
- Combine all white sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy, then transfer to a jar and refrigerate.
MAKE THE SHAWARMA
- In a large bowl, mix chicken with olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and spices.
- Heat oil in a skillet over high heat, then add chicken and cook until seared and fully cooked.
ASSEMBLE
- Place fries and chicken on a plate or tray.
- Drizzle white sauce over the top, then add pepperoncinis, olives, red onion, feta cheese, and parsley.
