Make the most delicious summer treat with just 4 ingredients and 5 minutes of hands-on work! Trust me, if you try just one recipe this summer, let it be this sorbet – it’s unbelievably good and incredibly easy! Plus, you can enjoy it right away as a slushy or freeze it for about 6 hours.

Here’s what you need:

Sangria Sorbet

  • 🍑 4 cups frozen fruit (we used a mix of peaches and strawberries – more ideas in the notes!)
  • 🍷 2 cups white wine (try Pinot Grigio, Sauvignon Blanc, or a sweet Chardonnay)
  • 🍋 Juice from half a lemon
  • 🍯 1/4 cup sweetener (choose from honey, simple syrup, maple, or agave)
  1. Simply toss all the ingredients into a high-speed blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Want to savor it immediately? Enjoy it as a sangria slushy! If you’re patient, pour it into a container and freeze – it won’t get too hard or icy, making it easy to scoop straight from the freezer!
