Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 single-serving container (about 5-7 oz. Greek yogurt (you can also use dairy-free yogurt, but keep in mind the custard consistency might be different))
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
  • 2 slices of your preferred bread (I use white sandwich bread, but any bread will do)
  • 1/2 cup raspberries (or any berries you prefer)

Instructions

  1. Start by gently pressing down the center of each slice of bread with a fork, creating shallow indentations to hold the custard.
  2. In a small bowl, whisk together the yogurt, egg, honey, and cinnamon until well combined.
  3. Spread the custard mixture evenly onto the bread slices, filling the indentations.
  4. Top each slice with the berries.
  5. If you have an air fryer, place the toast in it at 350°F for 12 minutes. If you don’t have an air fryer, you can bake it in the oven at the same temperature for 18-19 minutes.
  6. Once done, serve immediately and enjoy your delicious custard toast!
