Protein Strawberry Cheesecake Jars with Cottage Cheese

Ingredients

  • ½ cup 2% cottage cheese
  • 2 strawberries
  • 1-2 tablespoons honey or agave adjust to taste
  • ¾ cup plain 2% Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup sliced strawberries + extra for topping
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 graham cracker sheet broken into pieces

Instructions

  • Blend cottage cheese in a blender until smooth. Add strawberries and honey, pulsing until the mixture turns pink.
  • Transfer blended cottage cheese to a bowl, then stir in Greek yogurt until thick.
  • Layer cottage cheese mixture, strawberries, granola, and graham crackers in a jar.
  • Enjoy right away or refrigerate for later.

Notes

  • You can swap strawberries with any other berries you prefer.
  • Use honey, agave syrup, or maple syrup for sweetness, adjusting according to your taste preference.
  • If preparing in advance, add granola and graham crackers just before serving.
  • Note: Blending cottage cheese, strawberries, sweetener, and Greek yogurt may result in a runny consistency. Fold the Greek yogurt into the cottage cheese mixture instead.
